Program Description:
Affordable housing for seniors, age 55+. 90 one- and two-bedroom apartments available. Income must be less than $33,600 for one person or $38,400 for two (60% of area median income). Some units have lower income limits (35% of area median income) and lower rents. Rent includes utilities except phone. Library, computer center, and fitness center located on site.
