Program Description:
Nonprofit community health center offering primary care services. MDs, nurse practitioners, social worker, and other services available. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and a variety of private insurance plans. Those without insurance and qualify are charged on a sliding fee scale; may also qualify for drug assistance.
