Program Details
Eligibility: Age 55+. Income must be below $33,600 for one person or $38,400 for two (60% of area median income). Some units have lower limits.
Fees: $25 application fee. Rents range from $496 - 517.

Program Description:
Low income senior (55+) housing. Section 8 vouchers accepted. Located in the former Garner High School. 45 one-bedroom apartments. Water, sewer and trash included; residents pay other utilities. Has A/C, laundry, activities. Community auditorium in the same building has public events going on all the time, and residents are able to take part, sometimes free of charge. Accepts cats and dogs under 25 lbs.
