Eligibility:
Fees: CNA $22/3-hr min, 6-hrs or more $18-21; Companion $19/3-hour min, 6 or more $17-19; 1 hr care $25. Rates are the same for weekend care. Accept private pay, Medicaid, long term care insurance, other insurance, but not Medicare.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing personal care aide and companion (non-medical) services. Accepts private pay, Medicaid, LTC insurance, other insurance, but not Medicare. Can do overnight and/ or 12-hour shifts if needed. 24-hour care available. Company has provided proof of insurance coverage for property damage or physical injury to clients, and also for theft or dishonesty by employees (verified 2014).
