Eligibility:
Fees: Charges on an hourly basis for most services. Flat rate available for some services. Simple estate planning documents (will, POA, HCPOA, living will) would typically be no more than $750.
Intake Process: Call for appointment.

Program Description:
Attorney offering elder law services including wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, incompetency and guardianship proceedings, insurance matters and claims. Able to give guidance on Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security Issues. Acts as guardian of the estate for clients referred by Wake County Clerk of Court or upon request from family members. Also has experience with all levels of contract and real estate law, including housing and facility issues. Weekend and out-of-office appointments may be available upon request.
