Eligibility:
Fees: $20-22/hr for personal care or companion services with a 4-hour minimum visit.
Intake Process: Call to schedule initial in-home meeting/ evaluation.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency offering personal care and companion services as well as skilled nursing, infusion therapy, and wound care. Accepts private pay, long-term care insurance, and VA benefits. Daytime, evening, weekend, and 24-hour care available. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients. Agency has liability insurance and aides are bonded. Proof of liability insurance coverage provided October 2013.
