Affordable senior housing for ages 55+. 2-story complex with 24 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units. Secure locked entry. Pets allowed if less than 25 lbs. Managed by Evergreen Construction. Units will be set aside for households at or below 30%, 40%, and 60% of the area median income. On-site activities offered.
